1. Agreement
By downloading or using Pacer (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. Apple
These Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App except as required by Apple’s terms.
3. Not medical advice
The App provides training planning and fitness information only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. Use at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions
Pacer Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
5. Optional services
- Apple Health / Watch — subject to Apple’s terms and your permissions.
- Strava — optional; governed by Strava’s terms when connected.
- Cloud / Team — additional terms may apply when signed in.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App: no unlawful use, security abuse, or harassment via optional social features.
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR Pacer Pro IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR GBP £50 IF YOU USE THE FREE TIER.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
